You have 2 main options on how to deploy Penelope at your organization:
- You Host It / Purchase Option - You install the system on your server for a one time license fee based on the total number of concurrent users of the system.
With this option, if we have remote access to your server, we'll install Penelope at no cost. Your staff will access the system across your local area network via a web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. You may also configure the system to be accessible securely across the web using SSL/ HTTPS. The license is a one time fee that includes 4 free hours of training. - We Host It / Subscription Option - We host your system on our secure servers at our secure data center for a monthly subscription fee based on the total number of concurrent users of the system
With this option, you do not need to worry about purchasing or maintaining a server, backups of your data or the security provisions required to keep your data safe, confidential and secure. All you need is an internet connection and you can access your data anywhere, anytime! Why go ASP? The Bottom line! This software as a service approach can save your organization thousands of dollars in up-front hardware and IT services costs (eg. servers, backup devices, firewalls, back-up power supplies, technical assistance etc.).
