How can I pay for the software? You can pay with check, money order, direct bank transfer, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). To help make the transition to Penelope as smooth as possible, we can offer special multi-year discounts, payment terms and even connect you with third party leasing services.

How quickly can I have the system up and running?If we host the system, we can have you up and running with your own database within 24 hours of receiving payment and the license agreement. If you are hosting the system on your own server, we can perform the installtion (for no additional charge) within 24 hours of receiving payment, the license agreement and the information providing remote access to your server (eg. IP address and login credentials for RDP, SSH, gotomypc etc. access).
