Clients who purchase Penelope to install on their server receive the first 90 days of technical support and upgrades at no additional charge. After that, they may optionally purchase one of 3 annual support packages - Gold, Silver and Bronze - each of which provide various levels of support and upgrade access.

- Full telephone and email technical support available during business hours 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5)
- 4 hours of personalized Teletraining
- "Auto-install" access to new Penelope Releases. With the auto-install option, we'll automatically install updates on your system subject to your "go-ahead" (remote access to your server required).
- Gold support packages are priced at 20% of the value of your current license agreement. For example, if your total license package is priced at $10,000, then adding Gold Support would cost an additional $2,000 per year
