
Where can I get support and documentation?
Login to Penelope and click on the "Help / Life Preserver" icon on the far left of any page. This will open a new window with our Support Site. You may browse the knowledgebase articles, solution-finder processes, review release notes and other news items, download tutorials and other documentation or submit a support ticket. You can also just type in a keyword to search for all related information in the entire Support Suite.
NOTE - You do not need to create a Support account in order to use the Support Suite, but if you would like to submit support tickets and create a history of support requests that you can browse at any time, then it is advisable to create a Support Suite user account.

How can I schedule training ?
